Student visa procedure
In order to stay in Japan as a student, you are required to obtain Student visa before coming to Japan.
Please find the attached document, "Form 1: Information on Status of Residence and visa procedures" and check the detailed information.
Another attachment, "Form 2" contains important information which is to be entered on our Certificate of Eligibility (COE) Web Application System.
Since accurate information is required for COE, please copy "Input Contents" on Form 2 and paste into forms on the system.
Please note that some contents do not show the actual information of your assigned department etc.. This is our administration purpose for COE, so please use the information of Form 2.
