Calendar of Institute for International Students

(Feb. 2017 ~ June 2017)

1.      Feb. 16^th ~ 17^th, registration, class placement exam and orientation for Chinese learners (non-degree students in Nanjing University).

2.      Feb. 20^th, all courses for Chinese learners (non-degree students) start. June 16^th, all courses for Chinese learners (non-degree students) end. 17 weeks in total.

3.      June 12^th ~ June 16^th, exam week for Chinese learners (non-degree students). (Students who want to get scores and credits need to take this exam.)

4.      Application for extension of study duration should be reported before June 1^st.

5.      For graduating students, all procedures concerning leaving school should be completed before June 1^st. Certificates will be issued before June 1^st as well.

6.      For Chinese learners (non-degree students), summer vacation starts on June 19^th..

7.      For NJU degree students (both undergraduates and postgraduates), courses start on Feb. 20^th and summer vacation starts on July 10^th.

8.      For Chinese major students (degree students), academic and other matters are arranged otherwise.

* Degree candidates who study at other departments or institutes should get further information concerning schedule of study and exams at their own departments or institutes.
