On the morning of April 14th，the 2019 Xianlin half marathon officially started. Two Chinese students from SIECA and some exchange students consisted of our NJU'running group.

During the preparation of the marathon，teacher Zhou yang and SIECA members sent the equipment to exchange students，and emphasized the rules of some items needed to pay attention to. The next morning，students gathered in front of the campus and went to the starting point of the marathon .            

Before running，students did the warming up exercises together. In the wave of 12,000 people, everyone was running happily and enjoyed the warm sunshine at the moment. Through the Jiuxianghe East Road, the West Gate of our school came into view. The volunteers from Nanjing University formed a group and cheered for the running group on the roadside. The exchange students took out the school banner of Nanjing University and held the purple flag to run in the wind.

Marathon ended with the happy laughter and cheerful voices. The exchange students accepted the reporters interview and took photos before the monument. 

Greatly held of the marathon helped the exchanges students to appreciate the beautiful sceneries of NJU，which will beneficial for us to bond our relationships during this process.
