Current research interests are in analytical biochemistry, nanobiosensing, bioimaging and molecular diagnosis, focusing on signal amplification and life analytical chemistry

1) Analytical Biochemistry and Electroanalytical Chemistry:immunoassay, genetic detection, clinic detection techniques of tumor markers, voltammetric analysis, microdevices, lab-on-chip; fluorescent analysis, chemiluminescence, electrochemiluminescence, capillary electrophoresis, mass spectroscopy, bioconjugate chemistry;
2) Electrochemistry: mechanism of electrode process; self-assembled monolayers, bioelectrochemistry, microelectrodes and arrays, chemically modified electrodes, surface electrochemistry; applied electrochemistry;
3) Biosensors:biosensors, microbiosensors, immunosensors, cytosensors, multiplexed immunosensing; etc.
4) Nanotechnology: functional nanomaterials; molecularly imprinting; layer-by-layer assembly; nanocomposites; hybrid nanoparticles; nanocage; quantum dots; etc.
