You are more than welcome to Nanjing University to pursue the Chinese Language Study. • Q:
How to do for academic transcripts?
    A:

    1) For those who have only attended the Chinese Language Courses offered by Institution of International Students, it is highly recommend you to get your transcript before you leave Nanjing. According to the past experience, the transcript sent by Air Mail often ends in troubles during delivering. As for when you could get the transcript, you may go to the office located at Room 520, Zengxianzi Building and consult the staff of the detailed information. The office also offers the mailing service of the transcript. A certain amount of money will be charged.

    2) For those who have also selected the English-taught courses and the MBA courses, remember to submit the course selection form to the instructors and ask him/her to fill the score into the form, and then submit the form to my office (Room 822, Yangzhou Building, Xianlin Campus). I will help you to do the transcripts and send them to your home university by the start of next semester (It takes time. Thank you for the patience.)

    3) Some of you still didn't pick up your course selection forms from the office. Please do remember to pick it up and submit it to the instructors before the final exams. Otherwise there will be no record of scores in the transcript.
