  • Q:
    I have already finished my exchange program. Where could I receive my transcript of records from this semester?
    A:

    Normally, the final transcript will be sent to your home university by the start of next semester. The transcript will included the credits, marks and period of all the courses you've taken in this semester.

  • Q:
    I participated in a one-year exchange program. But I have to give up the second semester because of some issues. What should I do now?
    A:

    It is a pity that you cannot attend the second semester. In terms of the regulation and normal procedure, we need the coordinator of your home university to send us an email to verify the situation. We will help you with the transcript and the other things.

    And you also need to fill in the Procedure for Leaving School-(International Undergraduates) or Procedure for Leaving School-(International Graduates)

  • Q:
    What should I do if I want to apply for an extension of stay at NJU?
    A:

    Exchange students who need to extend duration for one more semester at NJU, should firstly report to us: Section of Student Exchange Programmes, Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges of NJU for the Certificate of Approval.

    Then, you should fill in the form of Application Form for Extension of learning-Intertional Students  . This form could be downloaded on our website: http://stuex.nju.edu.cn/en/a/Download_Center/20150805/61.html 

    After filling in the form, you should submit it to us. (Section of Student Exchange Programs, Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges)

     

    At last, with the Certificate of Approval, please go to Office of Student Affairs of Institute for International Students for visa extension. Please contact:
