Nomination & Application Step – by coordinator    

If the coordinator would like to nominate a student to study at Nanjing University, please complete and submit the Online Nomination Form in our Nomination System :

(We would offer “User ID” and “Password” to coordinator ONLY) 

After nominating students online, please submit scanned copies of all above materials of your applicants to stuex@nju.edu.cn. (All documents pertaining to one student must be submitted in one file, with the student’s full name clearly indicated.) 

Please note that applications should be sent officially by coordinators of home universities. Personal application is not acceptable.  

Please complete all application materials with clear information, including students’full name, contact details, mailing address, etc. Poor handwriting may delay the admission process.
